Terms of Service

By downloading the LinkNPark app, scanning a LinkNPark QR sticker, or visiting our website at linknpark.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LinkNPark.

LinkNPark provides a vehicle contactability platform. Our service includes:

• Physical QR stickers that vehicle owners affix to their vehicles
• A mobile app for managing stickers, vehicles, and viewing incident reports
• A public web scanner (no app required) for passersby to contact vehicle owners anonymously
• A real-time push notification system to alert owners when their sticker is scanned

To use the app as a vehicle owner, you must create an account by verifying your phone number. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Use only one account per person (duplicate accounts may be suspended)

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

LinkNPark may be used only for its intended purpose: to enable contactability for parked vehicles in good faith. Permitted uses include:

• Registering your own vehicles and managing their sticker codes
• Scanning a sticker to notify a vehicle owner of a legitimate parking concern
• Using the app to view and manage incident reports for your vehicles

You must not use LinkNPark to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or stalk a vehicle owner
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious incident reports
• Attempt to identify or extract the phone number or personal details of a vehicle owner
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access our API beyond normal usage
• Create stickers for vehicles you do not own or have authorization to manage
• Use the service in violation of any applicable Indian or international law
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform

When you receive a LinkNPark QR sticker:

• The sticker code is unique and linked to your account upon activation
• You are responsible for affixing the sticker properly and keeping it legible
• Do not affix a sticker to a vehicle you do not own without the owner's consent
• Lost or stolen stickers should be reported to us so we can deactivate the code
• Defaced or unreadable stickers are your responsibility to replace

All content, design, code, trademarks, and branding associated with LinkNPark — including the name "LinkNPark", our logo, and the app interface — are our exclusive intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of our service without our written permission. The LinkNPark app is licensed to you (not sold) for personal, non-commercial use only.

LinkNPark is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Push notifications will be delivered instantly or at all (depending on your device and connectivity)
• A vehicle owner will respond to a scan notification
• The service will prevent any specific parking incident or property damage

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkNPark and its founders, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Property damage resulting from a parking incident
• Harassment or harm from a third-party scanner or vehicle owner
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed ₹500 (five hundred Indian rupees) or the amount you paid for our service in the past 3 months, whichever is lower.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Behavior that harms other users or the integrity of the platform
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ months may be deactivated)

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at legal@linknpark.in.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
